At the Sandhouse Hotel we present you with not one but two of the finest dining experiences in Donegal
The Seashell Restaurant
The Seashell Restaurant is the classically elegant original dining room in the Sandhouse Hotel. Wood panelled walls, Art Deco flourishes, convivial round tables, luxurious table dressings are the perfect complement to enjoy Resident Chef John Robert Mc Garrigle’s cuisine.
Each dining room offers you locally sourced quality cuisine, outstanding service and traditional hospitality for which the Sandhouse is renowned, amongst visitors and locals alike. Resident Chef John Robert McGarrigle presides over the cuisine, bringing fifteen years of experience in the Sandhouse and his familiarity with local farmers, fishermen and producers to create dishes and menus which are defined by their locally sourced, wonderfully fresh ingredients.
