The Seashell Restaurant
The Seashell Restaurant is the classically elegant original dining room in the Sandhouse Hotel. Wood panelled walls, art deco flourishes, convivial round dining tables, luxurious table dressings are the perfect complement to enjoy the fine cuisine by Resident Chef John Mc Garrigle. Ideal for private functions, this room can cater for parties from 20 to 140.

Resident Chef John Robert McGarrigle presides over the cuisine, bringing fifteen years of experience in the Sandhouse and his familiarity with local farmers, fishermen and producers to create dishes and menus which are defined by their locally sourced, wonderfully fresh ingredients.

The Cocktail Bar
The cocktail bar is the main focal point for guests meeting for pre-dinner drinks while perusing the delights of the night’s menu.
Breakfast
Breakfast is full service. Our guests can enjoy a wide selection of fresh fruit, fresh fish as well as the traditional Irish Breakfast. The Seashell & Glasshouse Restaurants at the Sandhouse Hotel serve breakfast between 8.15 and 10.00 in the morning. Dinner is served in the evening from 6.30- 8.30 pm. All dietary needs are catered for. Dress code in the restaurant is smart casual.
The Surfer’s Bar
The Surfers Bar opens on to Rossnowlagh Beach. Open to the general public, it is very popular with beach walkers, local characters and surfers. Entertainment is provided in this bar at weekends. All major sporting events are shown live.
